Exchange and return policy
Wadq Store takes an exchange and return policy in accordance with the laws and controls determined by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which are as follows:-
• The seller does not provide the buyer with a warranty document if this is announced. (The seller does not provide the buyer with a warranty document even though the item is under warranty and this is announced).
• In the event that the commercial data does not match the truth, as there is a difference between the characteristics of the product mentioned before purchase, as the product is not suitable for what it was ordered for or what was announced.
• If the product or goods contain a counterfeit trademark that misleads him regarding the source of those products.
• If there is tampering with the quantity, size, or both, or their capacity, weight, or source.
Note that the Wadq store specifies a time period of 5 days for exchange and 3 days for return, and the consumer is not entitled to benefit from the exchange and return policy after the expiry of the specified period in accordance with the law of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, which stipulates:
• Replacement or return of goods, goods and machines within the time period specified for this by the shops and commercial establishments (producer, importer, distributor and seller), starting from the date they receive the commodity.
• Replace or refund goods purchased during commercial sale periods if the store has a policy that allows this.
The following conditions are required for exchange and return:
– The item must be in the original condition in which it was received and not exposed to any damage.
– The item must be completely identical to the item sold and has not been tampered with or changed.
– Bring the purchase invoice.
The customer bears the cost of returning the products through a shipping company agreed upon by both parties.
If the order is canceled after shipping it with the shipping company, the customer bears paying the shipping costs in addition to the return fees (if any)
Electronic payment fees may be deducted upon cancellation of the order
Digital store policy:
• With regard to the digital store section, the customer has the right to recover the money within 24 hours in cases of system failure or failure to respond.
• When an error occurs on the part of the customer, such as: giving a wrong number, requesting deactivation of the desired service after activation is complete, and other errors caused by the customer, the institution cannot bear his mistake and as a result does not recover the money.
The order cannot be canceled after the digital card arrives on the customer’s device.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the store has the right to: refuse or discount.
